Kicks From Kev This initiative was created in memory of Kevin’s love of shoes. This program provides new school shoes to children and teens in need before the school year starts. Our children will benefit from new shoes in many ways, improved behavior, increased physical activity, increased self-esteem, and improved attendance. We can also stop bullying by ensuring no child will be wearing shoes that are too small, too big, too old, or in poor shape. Families living in poverty as well as working families struggle with many back to school needs, we strive to take this one necessity and make it a little easier on them. Our hope is to be able to expand this program one day by offering new shoes to children and teens year around and not just at the start of the school year.
